STROLLER STRIDES®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!

Kid Free Classes

BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

CORE & RESTORE
Core & Restore is a low-impact workout that is equal parts challenge and calm. With a focus on weighted core work, trunk stabilization, and full body mobility, this class will leave you feeling strong, capable, and connected as you take on the day-to-day demands of mom life.

Training Programs

BODY WELL
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY
Functional Mobility is a low-impact class focus on improving joint mobility, relieving tight hips and shoulders, restoring core connection, and releasing built-up tension from the physical and mental load of motherhood. Through intentional mobility flows, deep stretching, and trigger point work, you’ll leave feeling longer, looser, and more aligned.

PELVIC FLOOR YOGA
Pelvic floor yoga is a gentle flow class designed to strengthen from the inside out. This mindful practice helps you connect breath and movement, improve core stability, and support your body through every stage of motherhood. Feel grounded, supported, and strong—one pose at a time.
