These playgroups take place throughout the North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill area and are included with your FIT4MOM Membership.

This fine motor skills-focused playgroup is designed to help children develop hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and control through activities that involve small, precise movements. These exercises, like drawing, building with blocks, or stringing beads, help enhance the skills and coordination needed for everyday tasks in a fun, interactive environment.

Bring those pre-walking babies for a playgroup just for them! We’ll lay out mats and blankets with baby-friendly toys and let the littlest littles practice rolling, sitting, crawling, and even socializing.
