At FIT4MOM Cedar Park | Leander, our playgroups are interactive social gatherings designed to provide a supportive environment where children can participate with mom in age-appropriate activities that promote bonding, socialization, and developmental skills.
These playgroups take place throughout the North Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill area and are included with your FIT4MOM Membership.
The perfect way to introduce color, shapes, and creative expression to littles of all ages. Our arts and crafts activities are thematic and designed to provide entry points for all ages. Whether you have a baby or a big kid, join us for art class to watch them find their love of artistic expression— and take home keepsakes to cherish for years to come.

Join us as we engage our five senses! We’ll let the littles explore their sense of touch, sight, and smell with age-appropriate materials themed to fit with the time of year. You can expect sensory bins, smell and taste activities, sensory bottles and more— boosting calming and soothing effects, fostering creativity, and promoting cognitive growth.

This fine motor skills-focused playgroup is designed to help children develop hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and control through activities that involve small, precise movements. These exercises, like drawing, building with blocks, or stringing beads, help enhance the skills and coordination needed for everyday tasks in a fun, interactive environment.

Bring those pre-walking babies for a playgroup just for them! We’ll lay out mats and blankets with baby-friendly toys and let the littlest littles practice rolling, sitting, crawling, and even socializing.
Have an older child? They are welcome to play with the bigger toys beside their little friends!

These special outings give both moms and kids a chance to explore new places together with their village.
