Whether you're just starting out in your run journey, crushing your very first race, getting back into it after baby, or looking to hit a new PR . . . this 9-week run training program is perfect for any Mama looking to level up her run training.

5-WEEK TRAINING SESSION BEGINS FEBRUARY 16TH
This is no ordinary Run Club+ session. This Spring we'll building (or re-building) our mileage, pace, and connection as we stride forward toward our 6th Anniversary Fun Run!
What's Included with Run Club+:
Weekly group runs, Saturdays at 7:30am
Option to run with your child(ren) in strollers or not
A training plan outlining timed runs, distance runs, cross training days, and active recovery
5 in-person cross training classes
Access to the OnDemand Run Club+ collection, a database of workouts designed to compliment your run training
Pre and Postnatal Runner Guide
