At FIT4MOM we're all about supporting the whole mom, and that means loving on her kiddo(s) too. We are so excited to officially introduce our very first "big kid" program!
Little Yogi Club is a 6-week mindful movement experience for kids ages 4-8.
Through movement, breath, and simple mindfulness activities, kids will learn how to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and understand their emotions in a fun and supportive environment.
Each 40 minute class includes age-appropriate yoga poses, games, and relaxation techniques that help build strength, confidence, and self-awareness — while giving kids tools to regulate big feelings and find their calm.
SPRING SESSION BEGINS APRIL 9th
- Little Yogi Club is all about helping kids move, breathe, and grow — one mindful moment at a time.
During the 6-week session, kids will build on what they learn each week, putting together a toolbox of breathing, calming, and movement techniques that they can transfer into their every day fun.
