Little Yogi Club is mindful movement experience for kids ages 4-8.
Through movement, breath, and simple mindfulness activities, kids will learn how to connect with their bodies, calm their minds, and understand their emotions in a fun and supportive environment.
Each 40 minute class includes age-appropriate yoga poses, games, and relaxation techniques that help build strength, confidence, and self-awareness — while giving kids tools to regulate big feelings and find their calm.

Join us this summer for a special 5-week edition of Little Yogi Club : CAMP YOGI
At Camp Yogi kids will pair calm movement with fun weekly summer themes—building on what they learn each week and putting together a toolbox of breathing, calming, and movement techniques that they can transfer into their every day.
