    All fitness levels are welcome! It is recommended that you are at least 4 months postpartum to begin Body Well.

    You cannot cancel, transfer or receive a refund for your 8-week Body Well session once you have paid. No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for missed classes. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
