RUN CLUB+ is run training for every mom. It's accountability, camaraderie, and guidance. Whether you're just starting out in your run journey, getting back into after baby, or just looking to keep your legs moving through the toasty Texas summer . . . we are here to help, support, and run alongside you!
Summer Run Club+ is unique is that there is no training plan, no strict guide to follow, no race scheduled at the end. This is your chance to run just for you.
Too often the summer months can derail us— between heat, vacation, and changes in schedule, it becomes hard to keep up the routine we developed. Summer Run Club+ will help you combat that with more compassion, less pressure, and all the fun; giving you a community to hold you accountable and twice monthly run meetups to help you keep your legs moving, even in peak summertime.

MEETUPS WILL CONSIST OF A DYNAMIC WARMUP + 3 MILE GROUP RUN (option to add on mileage individually)

In addition to our twice monthly meetups, you will also get access to the OnDemand Run Club+ collection, a database of workouts designed to help compliment your run training. (There will be no designated training plans)
