The time for one of our most popular Run Club+ sessions has finally come! Join us this holiday season as we run, train, sweat, and laugh our way to the 3M Half Marathon!

Run Club+ is our 8-week guided training program; providing opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through detailed training plans, coaching, and community support.

The 8 week program will include :

- Saturday morning group runs

- A training plan outlining timed runs, distance runs, rest days, recovery, cross training, etc

- Individual check-ins, tips, and guidance from our certified run coach

- Accountability from a small, motivated group of like-minded mamas

- An 8 class pass to attend cross training classes once a week


Training kicks off November 28th, with the finish line being the 3M Half Marathon in January!*
