FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
September 26th - November 2nd
Classes will meet on Mondays at 6:00pm and Wednesdays at 7:15pm at Ying Yoga. Mondays will be prenatal yoga offered by Ying Yoga.
Two live classes each week (prenatal yoga/strength training)
A Bump Book
Education and information on safe and effective exercises during pregnancy
Core and pelvic floor strengthening
Functional exercise that will aid you in labor & delivery, postpartum recovery, and every day #momlife
An info session with a prenatal professional/specialist to discuss pregnancy/birth related questions
Access to a private Facebook page with other expectant mamas in your session
Support and guidance from a Coach trained specifically in prenatal fitness
A celebratory Bump Brunch to close out the session
